For time, with a partner:

30 synchronized Russian KB Swings (70/44)

30 cleans (135/95)

30 synchronized Russian KB Swings (70/44)

20 cleans (155/115)

30 synchronized Russian KB Swings (70/44)

10 cleans (175/125).

Scale the clean weights to about 55%, 65%, and 75% of your max clean.

Cleans are total reps between you and your partner. You may partition the work as desired, provided only one partner is lifting at a time.
