B. Half “Cindy” (a classic CrossFit workout, typically 20 minutes long)

10 min AMRAP of 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 air squats

“Cindy” was the first CrossFit workout I attempted in my basement, about 4 years ago. I couldn’t move my arms for days.  I felt great afterwards!
